Expedition enables contract managers to create, manage and understand the status of a contract in one simple screen. Verify contractor's insurance is current, submittals were delivered as contracted, payment requisitions have been submitted and the cost or schedule impact of any change is reflected.
Payment requisitions and POs. Expedition provides logs to record billing information for purchase orders and payment requisitions. Prepare and record requests for payment issued per billing period as portions of work are completed. Expedition comes complete with licensed G702 & G703 forms. As actuals are updated the information is automatically posted to the Cost Worksheet. Insurance. The Insurance log records insurance policies for all project participants. Keep track of the policies you carry for your company, and those of the companies that work for you. Ensure all relevant information is up to date. Keep your project moving with a personalized action list. With your personalized action list, document awaiting your attention won't slip through the cracks. This cross-project, interactive to-do list enables you to quickly drill down to the most critical documents needing your attention.
Drawings and drawing sets. Expedition's Contract Drawing Log clearly identifies the latest drawing revisions, when drawings were submitted, as well as who received them. Ensure everyone has the latest drawings with the new Drawing Sets tool, which will bundle the drawings and automatically create a transmittal letter for distribution of the drawings to the appropriate people. Punch lists. The Punch List log enables you to record and track all the last minute items that must be completed before a project can finish. Use this log to include items such as repairing damages that occurred during construction or reporting missing equipment. Automatically prepare dunning letters to notify parties of any overdue items. Meeting minutes. With Expedition, you can record who attended which project meeting, create and assign action items, and email meeting summaries to every project participant. Action items will appear on the Actions list of the appropriate person, and all open action items can be carried over to create the agenda for the next scheduled meeting. Field Administration

From Expedition's Control Center, view the status of all RFIs as well as the average response time from each team member. Automatic email notification to the responsible team members, combined with role-based action items, ensures that the exchange of documents is expedited and turnaround times are reduced.
Prepare daily reports. Reporting events on the job site is critical in maintaining an accurate record of daily occurrences. Using Expedition Daily Reports, contractors can easily record weather conditions, work completed, field force and visitors, and record materials delivered on site. Users can even record progress on construction schedule activities.
